**The Viking Knife by Helle Knives.** The Viking is a revision of a Helle classic that was produced as part of a fund-raiser for an around-the-world- cruise of a Viking longship. The knife is notable not only for it s historical interest, but also as an excellent all around utility knife. The differences between a Helle knife and other knives are many, but the biggest difference lies in their triple laminated stainless steel blade. Starting with a high carbon core for superior cutting edge, Helle adds two layers of tough stainless steel (18/8) to protect the blade against corrosion and breakage.
