**”The Fisher Space pen boldly writes where no man has written before” - Smithsonian Magazine**
The Fisher Space Pen writes smoothly, evenly, and dependably, upside down, underwater, over grease, and in extreme temperatures. Thanks to a pressurized ink cartridge with specially developed ink, it can even write in zero gravity, hence the name and its inclusion on every manned NASA space mission since 1968. Built to last a lifetime with easy, affordable refills, you’ll be writing with the Fisher Space Pen for many revolutions around the sun to come.
Based on the original Astronaut Space Pen, the special Thunderbirds edition features a knob for gripping the pen and pulling it out of the small, lower leg pocket of a flight suit. It remains the official pen of the Thunderbirds today, and features their logo atop the gripping knob.
