**Lightweight and versatile knife inspired by reliable military knives**
In 1964, a classified special ops unit of the US military—known as MACV-SOG—donned a highly-functional combat knife for covert missions in the jungle. Over 20 years later, that same jungle-ready combat knife became the inspiration for SOG Knives, an industry leading company who proudly makes some of the best damn tools in the world. Built to be your most reliable daily carry knife, the Ultra XR-XHP knife is built with a superlight stainless steel blade and carries the same military-quality strength the original combat knife was packing. So no matter if you’re leading an epic hunting trip or tackling one of life's everyday challenges, stash along your SOG tool for the ride—you’ll thank us later.
