Poured over ice cream, drizzled on pretzels, coated over an apple, or straight off the damn spoon—caramel has a unique knack of taking the tastiest treats and making them even more delicious. But honestly, not all caramel is made the same, and if we’re being even more honest, if it’s not made by Dayspring Dairy, then it’s not made the right way. They’re based in Northern Alabama, and the family-owned sheep farm produces some of the best tasting caramel the world has ever seen. Made with Southern love and a rich flavor profile thanks to the free-range sheep dairy, we’re spreading plenty of their caramel over anything we can get our hands on.
