**An inspirational sea captain’s branded gear for the fisherman in all of us** While filming a promotional video with our buddies at XTRATUF, the Alaskan waterproof deck boots brand that outfits all the deep sea fishermen in the Bering Sea, we had the pleasure of getting to know the captain of the F/V Brenna A, Sean Dwyer. His claim-to-fame of being the youngest fishing captain to be featured on Discovery Channel’s *Deadliest Catch* is impressive, but his story and the history behind the Brenna A is arguably more impressive. After Sean’s father, Patrick Ford Dwyer, passed away from ALS, Sean took over the family business, and at age 23 became the youngest captain on the Bering Sea. Everyday, he and his crew on the Brenna A battle the harsh environments and unrelenting waves that throttle their boat all to provide crabs and fish to feed the world. Their collection of trucker hats and pullovers represent a hardened work ethic and the mental toughness that only a seasoned deep sea fisherman can embody.
