Description
**A legend of the jet age**
The earliest Rolex GMT Master was developed in 1954 for Pan Am to be used by airline pilots as their on-board navigation chronometer. The production of the GMT Master II introduced some new features to the model that made it even tougher and stronger than its predecessor. It is the first watch to feature a Cerachron bezel, which is harder than steel and highly resistant to scratches. The movement also uses Rolexs own Parachrom hairspring, which is not impacted by magnetic fields and is ten times more resistant to shock than the average hairspring. Whether youre in the cockpit or simply along for the ride, the Rolex GMT Master II is the perfect way to navigate the world in style.
