For the longest time there wasn't a way to get restaurant-quality homemade pizza without spending thousands of dollars on an oven that took up half of your patio, and folks without that kind of room, or that kind of dough, were out of luck. These days, thanks to the oven wizards at Gozney, things are changing. Using the same technology found in their professional pizza ovens but shrinking it down into a simple, portable design, they created the Roccbox—an engineering marvel and a pizza-lover's dream. It can reach up to 950°F for that perfect crispy crust and still pack down and fit into the back of your car (after it cools down of course).
