Shelter-halves are military field covers for sleeping and weather-protection. During World War II, US troopers carried half of the makeshift shelters, which made a whole shelter when buttoned up with a comrades’ own half. These 6-panel caps from Seasoned are an ode to those shelters. A brass closure clasp on the leather back straps accents this instant-classic design.
