**Soak up the sun**
The Ocean Park Espadrille origins come from Pacific Ocean Park, a twenty-eight-acre nautical-themed amusement park built on a pier. The park and pier anchored the Dogtown area of Santa Monica, California. Intended to compete with Disneyland, Ocean Park, and its seaside allure, unfortunately closed in October 1967.
This women’s shoe is inspired by the beachside fun that once took place at the Pacific Ocean Park in Santa Monica, CA. Light, easy and casual, this new spring style features unlined soft Bright Ocean perforated suede with jute foxing, classic waxed cotton espadrille stitch and a gum rubber calendar outsole.
